Linco Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern all transactions, content, and interactions on Linco Print on Demand.

2. Marketplace Structure

Linco facilitates sales between artists and customers, fulfilled by PSPs. Linco is not the manufacturer or IP holder.

3. Licensing & Copyright Enforcement

All content must comply with Maldives Copyright Act 23/2010 and its 2024 amendments.

Penalties for infringement include up to MVR 300,000 in fines and potential criminal action.

4. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed by independent PSPs. Linco provides order tracking and dispute mediation.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Royalties, PSP payments, and Linco's commission are settled via third-party payment processors like Stripe or BML.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to defective or incorrect items. All custom-made products are final sale except where mandated by law.

7. Accessibility

Linco commits to WCAG-compliant user interfaces to ensure access for users with disabilities.

8. Force Majeure

Linco is not liable for failure to perform due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or infrastructure failures.

9. Termination & Suspension

Linco reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, inactivity, or third-party legal claims.

10. Governing Law & Enforcement

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, with disputes resolved in Malé courts.
